RETURNS & EXCHANGES


At DBAB GOLF LLC, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the terms outlined below.


Exchange Eligibility


Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided that:


  • Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags are attached
  • Items are returned in original condition and packaging
  • The item was not marked as Final Sale or Clearance


Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible for exchange.


Eligible Exchange Reasons


Exchanges may be requested for:


  • Incorrect size
  • Alternate color (subject to availability)
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item received


Non-Eligible Items


The following items are not eligible for exchange:


  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned outside of the 30-day exchange window
  • Items not meeting the condition requirements listed above



Exchange Process


To initiate an exchange, customers must:


  1. Email support@dbabgolf.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include the order number and reason for exchange
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) and exchange instructions


Items returned without authorization may not be processed.


Shipping & Handling


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • If an item is confirmed defective or incorrect, DBAB GOLF will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Out-of-Stock Items


If the requested exchange item is unavailable, customers may:


  • Select an alternate item of equal value, or
  • Receive store credit for future use


Store credit does not expire and is non-transferable.


Defective or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.
